Empowerment Week is specifically designed to:

Through this experience, you’ll gain access to ancient teachings and tools from the lineage of the Modern Mystery School. These teachings are not new-age, religious, or dogmatic but are deeply rooted in Hermetic and Kabbalistic arts and sciences, preserved for thousands of years and designed to help you know yourself at the deepest level.

Day 1
Arrival Day & Private Sessions
Students arrive at the retreat venue and get settled for the week. For those who have not yet received a Life Activation, sessions will be scheduled with a certified practitioner.
Note: The Life Activation session is a prerequisite to the program (see more details below).
Day 2
Introduction to Empowerment Week & Sacred Geometry Training

An Introduction to this 6-day Alchemical journey you’ll be embarking upon with Dr. Theresa. You’ll receive an introduction to the art of Sacred Geometry, and how to wield these building blocks of creation in your life.
Day 3
Astral Travel
- 9:45am-7:00pm
Learn how you can safely and effectively expand your awareness beyond your physical body and experience more of who you are as a multi-dimensional, spiritual being using the art of Astral Travel.
Day 4
Magickal Beings of Earth
- 9:45am-7:00pm
Explore the intersection of mystery teachings and mythology regarding elemental beings sharing the planet with humans, and the diverse tapestry of our world.
Day 5
Deeper Dive Into the Mysteries
- 9:45am-5:30pm
Begin a deeper dive into the Mystery Teachings and preparation for the alchemical process of Initiation.
Optional Evening session: Chronos Group Healing
- 6:00pm-7:00pm

Gain tools to come into greater alignment with your Higher Self and step more fully into your life purpose. When you align with your true essence, life flows with greater clarity, ease, and fulfillment.
Day 8
Optional: Group Brunch & Departure Day
- 10:00am-12:00pm
Join Dr. Theresa and team for a group brunch to debrief and celebration the completion of Empowerment Week!

Life Activation Session
The Life Activation session is a prerequisite to the Empowerment Week program.
Sessions are available on the arrival day for Empowerment Week, or we can connect you with a practitioner near you to schedule ahead of time.

Session Details:
The Life Activation is a 2-hour private session and is done in-person with a recommended certified practitioner. During the session, several layers of your physical and energetic system will be rebalanced and attuned to a higher state of being.

Chronos Group Healing
The Chronos Healing is an optional Group Healing session offered by Dr. Theresa during Empowerment Week.
What is Chronos?
The Chronos is Eternity who “sees all things forever.” It also is the “Machinery of the Universe” that governs all physical material and densities in the realms of manifestation.
In Chronos, the Flow of Nature and the Universe works in Perfect Order. Eternity is our ESSENCE, the very foundation to our Eternal Being, so this magick is essential for us. When we connect with Chronos, it enhances everything we do and activates our Soul’s desire for more expansion, progression, evolution, and forward movement in life.

Session Details:
This is a group healing session offered by Dr. Theresa.
Through this Alchemical Infusion, your entire being will be vibrationally attuned to universal frequencies of the Chronos and your own Eternal Nature. Sacred sounds and symbols will be used to attune and align you with this Universal Flow and Movement. This alchemical process will raise your vibration and your Life to a MUCH HIGHER LEVEL.

Once registered, you’ll be invited to join a group Zoom call with Dr. Theresa’s assistant Genevieve to prepare you for the Empowerment Week program. On this call we will go over what to do to prepare, and how to make the most out of this transformational process.
