The teachings and tools that Dr. Theresa will be sharing with you were handed down to her by the Modern Mystery School. The Modern Mystery School is not new-age, nor is it dogmatic or religious. Sacred Geometry is considered an ancient science that explores the study of divine proportion and geometrical patterns that are fundamental to the creation and structure of all things in the universe, including the Universe itself. In understanding these geometric patterns and vibrational energies, one learns the pure language of the cosmos and God.
In this workshop you will learn the following:
- Come to a deeper understanding of the energy and symbols of the Sacred Geometries and your connection to them
- Gain deeper knowledge of the process of creation and how the Sacred Geometries can assist in your ability to manifest
- Awaken the energies of the 3 Primary Geometries known as the "Three Keys to Heaven" in your auric field
- Learn how to infuse sacred geometric energy into your home or office to create a higher vibrational and protective space

Whether you think that you’ve astral traveled before, or are simply ready to explore the universe and all that lies within it, the ability to consciously travel and obtain information will give you a powerful sense of connection, knowledge, awareness and spiritual growth!
In this workshop you will learn the following:
- How to expand your awareness beyond the limits of your physical body
- Astral Travel safety guidelines to know how to follow the "rules of the road" in the astral and spiritual realms

Journeys of the Spirit
In this class we spend a full day journeying through higher physical dimensions and expanded states of consciousness. You will learn how to connect with your personal sanctuary, develop a deeper connection with your Higher Self, experience the elemental energies of Mother Gaia, and learn a method for balancing your inner feminine and masculine energies.
This class is beyond “guided meditation” and takes journeying to a whole new level. It can awaken and increase your spiritual gifts and psychic perceptions while you are in a completely safe space led by your Guide, Dr. Theresa.
